The Blueskins are a gang known for the tattooing of their skins Blue. They seem to have originated on the homeworld of Desiria Grinder, but a large number of them seem to be prisoners in Butcher Bay, operating mainly in the Double-Max wing, but seemingly having a presence in the Single-Max wing.
