Low is a prisoner in Butcher Bay Single max area. He is a member of Rust's Aquila gang. He wears an orange shirts that is custom made to look like a football shirt: Team name Aquila, number 8.
Low's Shirt
When Riddick enters their territory every member of the gang attacks him. Low is smart though, he uses fire extinguishers and explosives, to try and stop Riddick. In the end Low is the only man standing between Riddik and Rust, and he takes out his shiv. Low is then killed by Riddick.
